The rooms were perfectly clean and immaculate. The staff were amazingly nice. The hotel offered beautiful views of the beach. The location was marvelous, with Silver Sands Premium Outlets within walking distance. The food I tried was great, with a variety of meals to choose from.

Approach to property cumbersome.. Hard to go behind strip mall to parking lot. We loved Destin and proximity to restaurants, ocean, convenient to shopping although we did not take advantage of that... Went to relax and read on beach and did just that. Look foward to going back.

I booked 2 suites but upon arrival the hotel only had 1 of my rooms. My reservation stated 2 suites, but their system showed 1 room.

Great location, just a quick 5-minute walk to Silver Sands Premium Outlets - super convenient for shopping 🛍️. The staff here are all so friendly and helpful. They've got a nice spread of breakfast goodies to start your day right.

We liked the overall room and size. It was clean and tidy when we checked in. The overnight staff was nice and the daytime staff was not overly helpful but at least courteous. The lady doing the breakfast seemed overwhelmed but tried hard to keep up with large influx of eaters and was friendly in the process.

They were short staffed with cleaning crew so we waited for clean towels, and did not want the room tidy later that evening because by then, we had come back from being gone all day. We were concerned about a questionable truck parked in the back parking lot one evening that had two men sitting inside, and so we expressed our concerns to the staff. They seemed not concerned about our fears of having our van broken into. We had a loose shower arm and even after expressing it to the front staff, nothing was done throughout the time we were there.

The Friendiness of the staff!

The pillows were TOO SOFT! the Ice machine on our floor 3 WAS OUT OF ORDER the entire time we were there. I really wanted an ocean view. The location of the Hotel is ARKWARD, tucked behind a mini mall and merging into traffic was a NIGHTMARE.

The food options were excellent and varied, and the room was spacious and comfortable with Lysol spray available.

Room was very clean, water was hot, sheets were very clean. Hotel was excellent as well as staff! Will book here again.

That the four nights we stayed our room was cleaned our last night. We had to clean up the trash everyday.

The room was spacious and spotlessly clean, plus there was complimentary Wi-Fi available.

The location was perfect. Near beautiful beaches, shopping, and restaurants. We loved the comfortable beds and the room was spacious. Overall, the staff was accommodating. Will definitely stay again.

One of the cleaning staff was rude, but she didn't effect my stay.

First assigned us a room that had not been cleaned. I think they just don't have enough employees to clean thoroughly. It wasn't dirty just not up to Hampton Inn standards.

Perfect spot near Sandestin Beach! The staff here is so friendly and helpful, they know all the best local tips. Plus, the rooms are always fresh and clean, they even use Lysol spray! 💫

There was water from the air conditioner that had the floor by the bed soaked. I told them we wanted some money back and they said to contact you. Can you please see what you can do to get us a refund.
